The present invention relates to a simulator system for nuclear power plant training. The present invention comprises a database part in which an accident scenario database and a standard procedure database are stored; an operating server which has a network with a plurality of operating facility panels, extracts the accident scenario database about a specific accident from the database part, provides the scenario database to each operating panel, and proceeds with training; a standard procedure extraction part which extracts the standard procedure database of a procedure corresponding to the accident scenario provided from the database part through the operating server; an operation procedure collection part which collects an operation procedure database about the operation of the operating facility panel by an operator corresponding to the scenario from the operating facility panel that each operator operates; a procedure comparison part which compares the standard procedure database of the standard procedure extraction part and the operation procedure database of the operation procedure collection part; an alarm transmission part which reports that an error occurs in the operation procedure of the operator when there is the error of the operation procedure according to the comparison result of the procedure comparison part; and a professor terminal which has a network with the operating server and a plurality of operating facilities and confirms a procedure performing process of the operator by providing a training process to a display screen. The present invention makes the professor confirm the operation procedure of the operator corresponding to the started scenario in real time and transmits an alarm by real-time detection of operating procedure errors of the operator in real time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
