The present invention relates to a hybrid-type emergency shelter emergency situation notifying system. More specifically, an automatic door, an image camera, an emergency button unit, a smart pad, and a sound calling unit are installed in an emergency shelter, and a connection is made with a corresponding local government and a district police station when the emergency button unit is pressed when an emergency situation occurs, so a current situation may be monitored in a remote place through an image and information of a reporter obtained through the smart pad may be immediately confirmed. Accordingly, social evils and violent crimes occurring in a park may be prevented, and post-treatment may be simultaneously performed. According to the present invention, an automatic door, an image camera, an emergency button unit, a smart pad, and a sound calling unit are installed in an emergency shelter, and a connection is made with a corresponding local government and a district police station when the emergency button unit is pressed when an emergency situation occurs, so a current situation may be monitored in a remote place through an image and crimes may be immediately prevented.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
