The present invention relates to a precision measurement for geoelectric field and lightning warning system comprising: a needle end corona measurement unit which measures geoelectric field by inducing a corona discharge through the geoelectric field; an electric field mill (EFM) measurement unit which measures an amount of charge induced on a certain area of a conductor surface by a thundercloud; a microprocessor (MPU) which calculates an intensity of the geoelectric field based on a measured information of the two measurement units; a fixed case including the two measurement units and the MPU; and an image output unit providing a calculated value and measurement information regarding the geoelectric field. Accordingly, the present invention alarms by determining a danger of lightning based on the measured information, and allows to prevent damage caused by lightning.
