The present invention, a train platform safety device comprises: multiple rope elevating means (100) which comprise a main frame (110) installed on a selected position between the entrance and the exit of the platform to which the train approaches, and a block (120) vertically moving along the main frame (110) by a driving member formed on one side of the inside or the outside of the main frame (110); a rope (200) horizontally installed in order to connect the blocks (120) with each other; and a tension control means (300) for controlling the tension of the rope (200) by moving the auxiliary block (150) to the external side between the block (120) and the auxiliary block (150) and including an auxiliary block (150) for connecting for the rope (200) to circulate to the inside of the block (120). The present invention can uniformly control the tension of a rope, which is tens through hundreds of meters long, simultaneously. In particular, the present invention can uniformly control the tension of a rope to prevent an accident which occurs when a passenger easily opens the rope to enter the railroad. In addition, the present invention can improve usage efficiency with a simple structure and easy maintenance.
