The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing graviola solid tea and graviola solid tea manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing the graviola solid tea according to the present invention comprises: a gathering and washing step (S100) of gathering fresh leaves of graviola, and washing the fresh leaves for removing foreign substances attached to the fresh leaves of the graviloa; a primary drying step (S200) of drying the washed fresh leaves of the graviola in the shade; a secondary drying step (S300) of drying the primarily dried fresh leaves of the graviola within a far infrared ray drier; a grinding and fine particle removing step (S400) of cutting and grinding the dried leaves of the graviola and then removing fine particles; and a roasting step (S500) of heating and roasting the ground leaves of the graviola. The present invention manufactures the solid tea for enabling a user to drink by drying the leaves of the graviola, adding flavors, and performing leaching operation, thereby enabling the user to enjoy the flavors and the taste unique to the graviola and to take in the active constituent of the graviola, so the health of the consumer can be increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
