For a device collaboration system which enables smart TVs and smart devices to run by dividing functions and collaborating each other so that the existing smart phones, broadcasting, home automation and home network media services can be possible by solving interoperability between devices through a device collaboration and by configuring a virtual home platform, the present invention relates to a cloud-based smart device collaboration platform build system, and comprises: a device collaboration middleware gateway which converts RUI layout on the basis of resolution of a smart device, and contains a system message protocol function on the basis of status change of the smart device; a smart device part which has the device collaboration middleware gateway, perform interoperability and message transferring functions of application S/W, and is comprised a host device and a plurality of controller devices; a cloud server which creates and controls ROOM in order for the smart device part to work, requests application S/W run and dynamically installs application S/W, and sets communications configuration of the host device and the controller device in the inside of the ROOM; an integrated authoring management server which supports an integrated development environment in order to spread application S/W widely by using the smart device part, and has an emulator performing the same function to the device collaboration middleware gateway; and a home server containing a device management server which performs a provisioning and the object status based immediate failure process of the smart device part.
