The present invention relates to a jig to weld a pedicle screw, an apparatus to weld the pedicle screw, and a method to weld the pedicle screw using the same to precisely and stably weld a screw head of the pedicle screw and a wing. According to the present invention, the jig to weld the pedicle screw and the apparatus to weld the pedicle screw comprises: a jig core comprising a first mounting part wherein the screw head of the pedicle screw is inserted, and a second mounting part to which is attached a pair of wings to be welded to the screw head on the outside; a head holder which wraps the screw head to fixate the screw head to the first mounting part; and a pair of wing holders which wrap the pair of wings and are interconnected to fixate the pair of wings to the second mounting part. Moreover, the method to weld the pedicle screw in accordance with the present invention comprises: a step of fixating the screw head of the pedicle screw to the first mounting part of the jig core; a step of fixating the pair of wings to the second mounting part of the jig core for the screw head to contact with a welding region; a step of fixating the jig core to a top surface of a turntable; a step of rotating the turntable; and a step of applying power to the welding region of the screw head and the wing using a welding torch.
