The present invention relates to a producing method of functional cell membrane-derived vesicles using membrane fusogenic liposomes comprising functional phospholipids, and functional cell membrane-derived vesicles produced from the same. Among various phospholipids, DPhPE is most effectively delivered to cell membrane-derived vesicles, which are secreted by cells treated with membrane fusogenic liposomes, and is confirmed to express a form of functional cell membrane-derived vesicles similar to common cell membrane-derived vesicles. Therefore, the functional cell membrane-derived vesicles manufactured using membrane fusogenic liposomes and formed by conjugating the phospholipid to various functional ingredients such as hydrophilic drugs, MRI contrast agents, and azide groups can be usefully applied to a surface modification of cell membrane-derived vesicles using drug delivering carriers, MRI contrast agents, and click chemistry.
