The present invention relates to a precast concrete panel for a bridge slab and a construction method of a bridge slab using the same and, more specifically, to a precast concrete panel for a bridge slab including a cantilever part and a construction method of a bridge slab using the same, which improve construction efficiency by minimizing the weight and size of the panel. The present invention comprises: an outer cantilever panel which is integrated with an adjacent panel by placing mortar; and an inner panel which comprises an inner panel body having multiple slot holes, an inner panel mortar injection part formed to be stepped from the top end of one side of the inner panel body, a fixed hanging block formed on the bottom surface of one end of the inner panel body, a slot hole formed in the other end of the inner panel body in the longitudinal direction of the inner panel body, and a movable hanging block installed on the bottom of the other end of the inner panel body to be moved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
