The present invention relates to a method for predicting a water pressure, which can accurately predict a water pressure through correlation analysis and trend analysis between a water pressure at a specific location on the lower end of a water distribution reservoir and a water level of the water distribution reservoir. The method for predicting a water pressure according to the present invention comprises: 1) a step of measuring a water pressure at a specific location on the lower end of a water distribution reservoir according to a water level change of the water distribution reservoir; 2) a step of preprocessing water pressure measurement data; 3) a step of determining a proportional degree and whether correlation is high or low through correlation analysis between preprocessed water level data and water pressure measurement data of the water distribution reservoir; 4) a step of generating a trend line to derive an interaction formula for the generation of water pressure data if the correlation value is equal to or higher than 0.5 as a result of the correlation determination in the previous step; and 5) a step of predicting the water pressure according to the water level change through the generated trend line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
