The present invention relates to a method for producing a mango-coconut jam, comprising the following steps: (S10) mixing mango and coconut milk at a weight ratio of 6:1 to 4:3 and then pulverizing the same; (S20) putting the pulverized product produced in the S10 step into a container so as to boil the same; and (S30) putting, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pulverized product, 20-40 parts by weight of sugar and 1-5 parts by weight of a lemon extract and then boiling the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
