The present invention relates to a target material detection cartridge analyzer and a target material detection cartridge analyzing method using the same, capable of having a highly reliable result. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the target material detection cartridge analyzer comprises: a housing which includes a first storage chamber having an open upper part and accommodating a first liquid substance, a second storage chamber being positioned on the upper part of the first storage chamber, being connected with the first storage chamber having open upper and lower parts, and accommodating a second liquid substance, a first separation film being arranged between the upper part of the first storage chamber and the lower part of the second storage chamber and mutually separating the first liquid substance from the second liquid substance, a perforating body forming a hole in the first separation film by passing through the second storage chamber in the upper part of the second storage chamber, and a light receiving sensor being arranged to face the first storage chamber, sensing chemiluminescence generated in the first storage chamber, and measuring an intensity of light, accommodates a target material detection cartridge having at least one section capable of being mixed with the first liquid substance as the second liquid substance flows into the first storage chamber through a hole of the first separation film perforated by the perforating body, and blocks external light from the target material detection cartridge; a storage box arranged on one side of the housing, storing the target material detection cartridge; a push unit positioned inside the housing, drilling a hole in the first separation film by pushing the perforating body of the target material detection cartridge when closing the storage box of storing the target material detection cartridge; a motor which pushes the push unit downwards; and a control unit which controls driving of the motor, receives light intensity data measured by the light receiving sensor, and calculates the result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
