The present invention relates to an intelligent laboratory management device and a laboratory management method using the same. When a reagent is brought into the laboratory, information on the reagent or the like composed of chemicals which are controlled according to an enforcement ordinance of a dangerous goods safety management act, is automatically displayed. When other kinds of reagents, which should not be stored together, are brought into the laboratory, it is notified to a manager in real time. Also, when the reagent is brought out of the laboratory, information on the reagent or the like is automatically displayed, thereby preventing the reagent from being brought into other reagent shelves storing other kinds of reagents in error. When the reagent is disposed, the kind of the reagent is displayed, thereby leading to a correct disposal of the reagent into a waste fluid container of the corresponding kind. Furthermore, not only internal environment information of reagent shelves but also indoor environment information outside the reagent shelves is sensed and transferred to the manager in real time, thereby enabling the manager to manage the laboratory properly and quickly. In addition, it is possible for a manager or a person in charge to acknowledge and control reagent information of reagents, which are stored in respective reagent shelves, environment information on the inside and outside of the reagent shelves, and management information at a remote place in real time in a convenient and correct manner without coming to the reagent shelves or laboratories. An intelligent laboratory management device comprises a sensing unit, a reader unit, an information storage unit, a setting unit, a micro-processing unit, and a data transmitting/receiving unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
