The present invention aims to provide a method to generate an electrode for an apparatus for separating and collecting particles based on dielectrophoresis, which generates a new shape of fine electrode and achieve the optimal separation and collection efficiency in the same channel structure. To this end, the method to generate an electrode for an apparatus for separating and collecting particles based on dielectrophoresis comprises: a step of setting a conventional electrode; a step of dioxidizing the set conventional electrode; a step of setting a variety of power type in the dioxidized electrode and calculating the strength of the electric field of each power type; and a step of selecting an electrode type with the maximum strength of electric field among the set power types.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
