Thereafter, one or more emotions associated with at least a portion of the message may be identified. Thereafter, one or more of the ideagrams (e.g., a record character, symbol or image representing a thought or an object) corresponding to each identified emotion may be suggested to the user to insert into the message. Upon receiving a user selection of one or more of the e-grammes for a portion of the message, the relevance of linking the user-selected one or more of the e-grammes with a portion of the message may be stored in a user-specific dictionary. In a particular embodiment, the emotional analysis may incorporate social networking information and / or historygram usage history information.
