The present invention relates to an agent for harvesting cyanobacteria, comprising a filamentous fungus-derived pellet and a method for harvesting using the same. The present invention enables the filamentous fungus-derived pellet to be in contact with a cyanobacteria biomass, thereby harvesting cyanobacteria. Provided in the present invention is the method for harvesting the cyanobacteria biomass using the filamentous fungus-derived pellet in an efficient manner.
