An embodiment of the present invention relates to a facility lifecycle management system based on locations and spaces using a u-GIS data-based tiling tool and a WMTS. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the facility lifecycle management system based on locations and spaces using a u-GIS data-based tiling tool and a WMTS, which can integrally manage lifecycle information of an operational maintenance stage of a facility, and improve maintenance and operational efficiency of the facility. To this end, the system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lifecycle database storing lifecycle information including at least one among facility information, design information, change history information, location information (GPS), geographic information (GIS) and drawing information with respect to a variety of facilities managed by companies or organizations; a facility management server which generates operation information including maintenance and repair time information of the facility based on the lifecycle information of the facility, and generates integrated modeling information based on the geographic information of the facility by using the operation information and the lifecycle information of the facility; and a site terminal which receives contents of the lifecycle database and the integrated modeling information of the facility management server, and transmits inspection and operation results of the facility to the lifecycle database. The lifecycle information of the lifecycle database further includes production and process information, status information, operation standard procedure information, operation enforcement management information, preventive maintenance planning information, costs related information, material management information, purchase management information and various resources management information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
