The present invention relates to an emergency notification smart phone and a taxi emergency notification system using the same, wherein the emergency notification smart phone rapidly performs an emergency notification operation by recognizing long-time two-touch motions on the smart phone. The emergency notification smart phone according to the present invention comprises: a first touch detection unit for recognizing a touch motion on a touch pad of the smart phone and detecting if the touch motion is continued for five seconds or more without a pause; an emergency notification preparation unit for stopping a locking state of the smart phone or an operating state of other applications according to a touch motion recognized by the first touch detection unit and for preparing for an emergency notification; a location information generation unit for generating location information of the smart phone by forcibly executing a GPS module of the smart phone according to a signal of the emergency notification preparation unit; a second touch detection unit for recognizing the touch motion on the touch pad of the smart phone again within 1-10 seconds after the touch motion of the first touch detection unit stops, and for detecting if the touch motion is continued for five seconds or more without the pause; and an emergency notification execution unit for transmitting the location information of an emergency control center and user information of the smart phone by recognizing the touch motions of the second touch detection unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
