The present invention relates to a community operation method and a technical device system by a member inquiry based on a location-based service, which enables members located in a near distance to recognize existence of each other by inquiring about the each other, using a location-based device such as a GPS and, therefore, enables the members to smoothly perform a community activity between the each other, to compose a mobile device-based community. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, a user of the mobile device presents the position of the user to a service operator using a device such as the GPS when signing up for a membership, and a server of the service operator collects information and informationizes the information in an own DB. The other user presents the position information of the other user to the service operator, and the service operator presents the information of the member located around the user to the user based on DB data of the informationized server. The user using a service of the service operator uses the mobile device and searches the other user around the user, thereby enabling the community activity between the members.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
