The present invention relates to a method to evaluate the stability of a slope by using an anchor. More specifically, the method includes: a current supply step of connecting two random anchors among at least four anchors of a retaining wall, installed on a slope, with a first cable, and supplying a current to the first cable; a potential measurement step of connecting two random anchors with a second cable except the two anchors, selected in the current supply step, and measuring the potential of the second cable; a resistivity calculating step of calculating the resistivity of the slope through a resistivity measurement device from the potential and the current, measured and supplied through the potential measurement step and the current supply step; and a stability determining step of determining the stability of the slope through a monitoring device, including stability determining software, by using the resistivity calculated in the resistivity calculating step. The anchor is formed of a conductive substance.
