The present invention relates to a seismic performance testing apparatus and to a seismic performance testing apparatus for a seismic test of a structure supporter which supports a structure. The seismic performance testing apparatus comprises: a base body unit which includes a mount member on which the structure supporter is mounted; a vibration simulation unit which is mounted on the base body member to be separated from the mount member, to elastically support the end of the structure supporter; a load cell which is mounted on a weight simulation unit to support the end of the structure supporter, and measures a load pressurized by the structure supporter; and a pressurization device which pressurizes the upper portion of the structure supporter. Accordingly, deformation based on a seismic load of a pier-type supporter supporting a very large and heavy structure is simulated by applying a compression load to a weight of a rigid body, it is possible to evaluate an influence on the seismic load only with the supporter not including a structure, costs for manufacturing a specimen are drastically reduced, and a test is easy to conduct.
