摘要

The present invention relates to a micro-gel resin having an average particle size of 30 nm or less and having a functional group functional group which is transparent and can participate in a UV curing reaction, thereby reducing viscosity of a UV curable coating composition and improving processability of a coated film when being applied to the UV curable coating composition. The micro-gel resin according to the present invention is produced through steps: synthesizing intermediate micro-gel by synthesizing a stabilizer monomer, an acrylic multifunctional monomer, and an acrylic monofunctional monomer under the presence of an initiator and a solvent; and introducing a functional group which can participate in a UV curing reaction in the intermediate micro-gel through one or more among a urethane reaction, an ester reaction, and an acid-epoxy reaction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
