The present invention relates to a transactive response (TAR) DNA binding protein-43 (TDP-43)-GAL4 drosophila mutant, a TDP-43-GAL4 and UAS-green fluorescent protein (GFP) drosophila dual mutant, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the production of a TDP-43-GAL4 and green fluorescent protein (GFP) overexpression dual mutant drosophila model capable of expressing a fluorescent protein in a tissue expressing a drosophila TDP-43 gene, and capable of confirming an expression position and an expression aspect of a drosophila TDP-43 gene by using the tissue; and to a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, provided are a drosophila dual mutant and a method for producing the same, wherein the drosophila dual mutant simultaneously includes: a fluorescent protein overexpression mutant; and a tissue-specific expression mutant of a TDP-43 gene produced by separating a promoter region of a TDP-43 gene from a drosophila genome by using a GAL4 system which is an expression system capable of overexpressing genetic transcription in a particular tissue. The drosophila dual mutant can be used as a very useful animal model used in screening a factor related to TDP-43 and studying functions of drosophila TDP-43 genes and functions of human degenerative cerebropathia genes.
