摘要

The present invention relates to a polyarylate resin solution composition comprising a polyarylate resin which includes a constituent unit having divalent phenol and a constituent unit derived from aromatic dicarboxylic acid; and a solvent, wherein the polyarylate resin contains 20 mol% or more of a constituent unit which has divalent phenol and is derived from a compound represented by chemical formula (1) with respect to the sum total of constituent units constituting the polyarylate resin and the solvent contains cyclic ketone having 5-10 carbon atoms. In chemical formula (1), R^1-R^4 represent each independently a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1-12 carbons or a halogen atom; R^5 and R^6 represent each independently a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1-4 carbons; m represents an integer of 4-7; X represents a carbon atom; and a plurality of -X(R^5)(R^6)- may be identical to or different from each other. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a polyarylate resin solution composition having superior coatability and electrical properties when applied to a laminate for printed circuit boards.
