The present invention relates to a method for analyzing beta-lactam antibiotic resistance comprising: (a) a pretreatment step including a step of culturing a strain resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics and a strain susceptible to the antibiotics, a step of exposing the cultured strains to the beta-lactam antibiotics, and a step of filtering the resultant product; and (b) measuring resistance against the beta-lactam antibiotics of the pretreated strains by using LC-MS/MS in which two mass spectrometers (MS) are connected to a liquid chromatography (LC). According to the present invention, the method for analyzing beta-lactam antibiotic resistance can quantify antibiotic resistance, and measure the resistance in 2 hours using the simple pretreatment method.
