The present invention relates to a device and a method thereof to evaluate a loan by reflecting the risk of natural disasters, capable of minimizing the risk of natural disasters on loan finance by adjusting loan conditions by reflecting the risk of natural disasters in an area, in which a loan setting object exists, when a financial institution evaluates the loan. The load evaluating device includes: a control part reading and executing a program code in which a series of processing sequences are written; an input part inputting data or an operating command; a display part displaying an operating state; and a storage part storing a loan evaluation part, a loan evaluation standard information DB, a natural disaster risk evaluation part, and a natural disaster risk DB as coded data including the code, indicating the processing sequences, and the data applied to the processing sequences. Therefore, the present invention is capable of minimizing a loss of the financial institution, caused by natural disasters, when the financial institution loans money by correcting loan evaluation information by applying the risk of natural disasters to the information after the generation of the evaluation information.
