The present invention provides a system for calculating and managing an EPC progress rate. The system for calculating and managing an EPC progress rate includes: a progress rate result management module of grouping activities based on a work breakdown structure (WBS) for engineering management, procurement management, and construction/commissioning management of an engineering, procurement, and construction/commissioning (EPC) project, as work packages comprising one or more activities formed in a same pattern and of calculating a progress rate of the corresponding activity in accordance with progress by each work package; and an input reading module of input progress information corresponding to the activity by a worker by being engaged with the progress rate result management module of reading the progress rate and the result calculated in the progress rate result management module. Therefore, a work system is changed from an individual work to a cooperation work system and from an off-line method to an on-line method. So, the system can automatize calculation of the progress rate and counting of a progress result by automatizing work using the system. The system for calculating and managing an EPC progress rate can improve productivity of a site work by removing inefficiency of calculating and collecting the progress rate of an existing off-line method and can perform efficient cooperation between related departments by building R&R of accurate site process management by building a work process.
