According to one embodiment of the present invention, a mobile link performance detecting system evaluates a performance of the quality of a transmission attempt node link from a transmission message between a mobile node and a transmission attempt node. The present invention provides a mobile link performance detecting method in a low-power wireless network, comprising the following steps of: (1) calculating link performance metric values of each of a received signal strength indicator (RSSI), a link quality index (LQI), and the expected number of transmissions (ETX) from a transmission packet included in the transmission message; (2) applying the calculated performance metric values to a quality fuzzy set having each performance coefficient index determined, and calculating a distribution ratio of a fuzzy set corresponding to a link performance metric value of the RSSI, LQI, and ETX; (3) calculating a fuzzy estimation value by dividing the calculated each fuzzy distribution ratio of the quality fuzzy set into a first performance, a second performance, and a third performance, and summing the same; and (4) evaluating the quality of the transmission attempt link based on at least one fuzzy estimation value among the summed first performance, second performance, and third performance.
