The present invention relates to a composition for polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) hollow fiber membranes, and to a PVDF hollow fiber membrane. More specifically, the present invention relates to a PVDF hollow fiber membrane having an asymmetric sandwich structure, and to a composition for producing the same. According to the present invention, the PVDF hollow fiber membrane prevents production of finger-like macro voids in the PVDF hollow fiber membrane, and suppresses breakage of separation membranes. In addition, the PVDF hollow fiber membrane also satisfies high net permeability and the superior elimination rate, and has a novel three-layered structure securing high tensile strength.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
