The present invention relates to a balanced nourishing food composition comprising protein, fat, carbohydrate, complex mineral, and complex vitamin of which contents are controlled to treat decrepitude and geriatric syndromes of geriatric patients after a hip fracture surgery and to allow the geriatric patients to promptly recover; and to a method for preparing the balanced nourishing food composition. A balanced nourishing food composition for preventing and treating decrepitude and geriatric syndromes of geriatric patients according to the present invention comprises isolated soy protein, sodium casein, corn syrup, corn oil, digestion-resistant maltodextrin, isomaltooligosaccharides, complex vitamin, complex mineral, an acid regulation agent, and purified water, and has a calorific value of 180 kcal to 220 kcal. A balanced nourishing food composition according to the present invention has an effect that the composition is capable of preventing decrepitude and geriatric syndromes of geriatric patients, and has an effect that the composition is capable of shortening a recovery time by minimizing the deterioration of nutritive conditions due to blood loss, increased catabolism, and host defense activities.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
