The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a permanent magnet and, more specifically, relates to a manufacturing method of a permanent magnet using a 3D printer. According to the present invention, provided is the manufacturing method of the permanent magnet using the 3D printer, comprising: a step of generating shape data to generate shape data of an object to be printed by the 3D printer; a step of preparing raw materials to prepare powder materials including one or more metal powders required to manufacture a permanent magnet; and a step of 3D printing to allow the 3D printer print the 3D object with the powder materials using the shape data. The present invention provides a method to easily manufacture and repair a permanent magnet of a variety of shapes, which is impossible or very hard to manufacture by overcoming the limits of a conventional manufacturing method of a permanent magnet by casting method through powder metallurgy or by piling up/manufacturing by directly injecting and melting a magnet in the shape of powder; to provide a method to repair a permanent magnet, which is previously manufactured by directly injecting and melting a magnet in the shape of powder in a damaged part of a previously manufactured permanent magnet; and to provide a 3D printer to manufacture a permanent magnet.
