The present invention relates to methods for making an aronia liquid, aronia syrup, and aronia jam, without an astringent taste. The method for making an aronia liquid without an astringent taste according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing and grinding aronia and purified water; boiling an aronia blended liquid; putting rice therein; and, after the rice is put, boiling the aronia blended liquid to 87-93% of the initial volume of the pulverized aronia blended liquid. The method for making aronia syrup without an astringent taste further comprises, in addition to the above steps, a step for additionally putting grain syrup to the aronia liquid, and further boiling down the aronia liquid. The method for making aronia jam without an astringent taste further comprises, in addition to the above steps, a step for additionally putting grain syrup to the aronia liquid, and further boiling down the aronia liquid to reach a gel state.
