The present invention relates to a method for recovering the natural bark of an old-aged tree using barks collected from individuals cultured by vegetative propagation, and more specifically, to a method for recovering the natural bark of an old-aged tree using barks collected from individuals cultured by vegetative propagation which recovers the bark regions by transplanting to bark regions of damaged trees from bark regions (including sapwoods, sieve tubes, cambiums, vessels, and barks) of trees collected from individuals cultured by vegetative propagating tissues of treated trees with the same genotype, and which increases grafting affinities of the tissues and recovers tree vitalities (vigors or conditions that trees are grown) by transplanting barks of the individuals cultured through vegetative propagation with the same gene when barks of trees are damaged by various causes, and by utilizing the genetically identical tissue when the trees are old-aged trees that make tissue culture or grafting difficult. A method for recovering the natural bark of an old-aged tree using barks collected from individuals cultured by vegetative propagation according to the present invention comprises a step (S10) of culturing individuals by vegetative propagation, a step (S20) of growing and acclimatizing from cultured individuals to bark regions, a step (S30) of removing and filling wound regions of trees as treatment objects to prepare bark transplanting, a step (S40) of collecting barks from the cultured individuals, and a step (S50) of transplanting the collected bark regions to bark regions of the trees as treatment objects.
