The present invention relates to a system for daily maximum temperature estimation in a mountainous area and a method for daily maximum temperature estimation in a mountainous area using the same and, more specifically, relates to a system for daily maximum temperature estimation in a mountainous area using an advection effect correction scheme, and a method for daily maximum temperature estimation in the mountainous area using the same. The system for daily maximum temperature estimation in the mountainous area and the method for daily maximum temperature estimation in the mountainous area using the same is able to remarkably increase durability of the method for daily maximum temperature estimation by adding a wind speed effect observed by the solar radiation estimation model.
