According to an embodiment of the present invention, an acoustic model learning method in consideration of a reliability measurement score and a device thereof calculate a reliability measurement score with respect to a voice recognition result and learn a feature vector with respect to phoneme information in a different learning method wherein the phoneme information corresponds to a voice recognition result in accordance with the calculated reliability measurement score so as to update phoneme model parameter distribution in correspondence with phoneme information, thereby performing an accurate acoustic model learning process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
