The objective of the present invention is to provide a public transport operating apparatus, a public transport operating method, and a mobile communication terminal. The public transport operating method comprises: a selection step of selecting a desirable means of public transport from a users mobile communication terminal adjacent to a bus stop; a transmission step of transmitting the users information to a terminal of the selected means of public transport as a piece of information about a passenger; and an outputting step of outputting the passenger information from the terminal of the selected means of public transport.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
