The present invention relates to a technology to facilitate and secure trade information management and payment settlement in an online mall trade. The present invention includes: a sales settlement system including a receiving unit, a control unit, an exchange rates DB, a trading DB, a sales escrow DB, a seller DB, a sales agency contract DB, a trading DB, and an account DB; a sales management system including a receiving unit, a control unit, an exchange rates DB, a scraping engine, a goods DB, a sales DB, an account DB, and an access authentication DB; and a supply company system including a receiving unit, a control unit, a goods DB, and a sales DB. According to the present invention, an online mall seller can deliver goods even before receiving payments based on the credibility of an intermediary without the cooperation of a sales escrow system operator; a supply company gets the same effect as the sale in the domestic currency and enables minimal inconveniences caused by the submission of a great deal of evidences of the receipt of international money transfer; and the international shipping request and customs export declaration of sold items and the upload of delivery tracking information on the online mall are automated, thereby facilitating the business.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
