The present invention relates to a casualty preventing pillar-combined facility of being combined with a traffic accident preventing facility including a streetlight pillar, a road sign pillar, a camera pillar, a traffic light pillar, an electric pole for electric power, an electric pole for electric communications, and a guardrail pillar formed to minimize casualties in the case of a traffic accident. The traffic accident preventing facility, including a streetlight pillar, a road sign pillar, a camera pillar, a traffic light pillar, an electric pole for electric power, an electric pole for electric communications, and a guardrail pillar formed to minimize casualties in the case of a traffic accident, comprises: an impact absorption means which is installed along the lower circumference of a pillar so that the impacted part is bent in a direction where the impact is given while absorbing the impact when a vehicle collides with the part; a pillar fixing ring which is fixated on the lower end part of the pillar and prevents the rotation of the pillar as the outer surface is formed in a polygon shape; a support frame which is fixated on the ground by being formed with a concrete structure and has the pillar inserted therein by forming a pillar insertion groove in a size bigger than the outer surface of the pillar fixing ring while being formed in a shape which is same as the outer surface of the pillar fixing ring from the upper center to the lower side; and an impact absorption member which absorbs an impact applied to the pillar by being positioned closely between the pillar insertion groove of the support frame and the pillar fixing ring.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
