Disclosed in the present invention are a fermented oriental medicinal pill (Gongjindan) composition capable of improving an absorption ratio in bowels and a method for preparing the same. The fermented Gongjindan composition comprises extracts of fermented deer antlers, musk, Korean angelica and Cornus officinalis S. et Z. as active ingredients. The method for preparing a fermented Gongjindan composition comprises the steps of: mixing Cornus officinalis S. et Z., deer antlers, Korean angelica and musk with natural honey; fermenting the mixed materials; measuring and verifying the fermented materials; and packaging the measured and verified raw materials with gold foil for protecting pharmaceutical effects. According to the fermented Gongjindan composition and the method for preparing the same, it is possible to improve the absorption ratio in the bowels to allow Gongjindan to show unique effects thereof sufficiently. In other words, it is possible to obtain effects of anti-fatigue, protecting the liver and bowels, enhancing immunity and antioxidant activity, improving anticancer activity and enhancing intestinal lactobacillus.
