Disclosed are: a polyurethane elastomer comprising a polymerization product of an amide group-containing compound, a polyol compound, a polybasic acid compound, and a diisocyanate compound; a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the same; a molded product produced by the thermoplastic resin composition; and a producing method of the polyurethane elastomer. Impact strength of polylactic acid is significantly improved by mixing the novel polyurethane elastomer.
