The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ball-type chocolate processed food using a fruit, and to a ball-type chocolate processed food using a fruit manufactured by the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a ball-type chocolate processed food using a fruit, which allows manufacturing of functional food having excellent flavor, nutrition, appearance, storage method or the like by mixing chocolate having an anti-oxidizing activity and a fruit having nutrients beneficial to a human body, such as vitamin, minerals or the like, and to a ball-type chocolate processed food using a fruit manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a ball-type chocolate processed food using a fruit according to the present invention comprises a washing step of washing a fruit; a slicing step of slicing the fruit into a piece; an inedible material removing step of removing an inedible material; a freeze drying step of freeze drying the fruit after rapid cooling; a crushing step of crushing the fruit into a powder; a mixture generating step of generating a mixture by mixing the fruit powder and a fruit extract in weight ratio of 8:2; a formed product generating step of generating the mixture into a ball-shaped formed product of 2-3 cm; a low temperature drying step of low temperature drying the formed product; and a chocolate coating step of coating chocolate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
