The present invention relates to a consulting relay system between experts and enterprises, which connects enterprises, research institutes, and academic experts by using a network to enable technical consulting services which the enterprises need and make the enterprises pay for the services and a method thereof. The point of the consulting relay system of the present invention is to receive recommendation of a plurality of authoritative experts (high-level experts) through intermediate expert consultants in a database and facilitate a plurality of technical consulting services. Intermediate expert consultants are collected online and offline and stored in a database. When a customer enterprise requests technical consulting, intermediate expert consultants categorized in the corresponding technical field is recommended and the customer enterprise chooses one of the consultants. The chosen consultant prepares an abstract about the corresponding technology and an expert consulting request document including expert evaluation criteria and sends the document to a plurality of high-level experts to request consulting. The high-level experts perform the requested consulting, and the data from the performed consulting is sent back to the intermediate expert consultant. The consulting data collected by the intermediate expert consultant from the high-level experts is leveled for the same criteria, summarized and explained, and reorganized by the intermediate expert consultant as a final report for the customer to be able to understand. The final report is reviewed by the customer, and the feedback is delivered to the intermediate expert consultant. The intermediate expert consultant determines whether to modify the consulting request document and send the modified document again to the high-level experts. When the customer/requester approves the final report, the final report is confirmed. By doing so, the present invention enables customers and requesters to receive satisfactory technical consulting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
