Disclosed are a system and method for detecting illegal internet international originating call by using terminal double registration detection. The system according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a double registration detecting device for analyzing an originating call received from a subscriber terminal to extract terminal registration information, determining a danger level based on the terminal registration information to grant a level, and registering the terminal registration information in a blacklist when it is determined that registration is attempted through a hacked terminal; and an illegal internet international originating call detecting device for comparing and determining the terminal registration information registered in the black list with information of an originating call received from the subscriber terminal to detect and block illegality of the originating call.
