The present invention relates to a raft structure and a method for installing a suction pile using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the raft structure that supports a marine plant (10) using a plurality of suction piles (12) on the seabed comprises: a frame (20) that has an accommodation hole (21) and a connection hole (22), wherein the accommodation hole (21) is used to support the suction piles at fixed intervals, and the connection hole (22) is used to form a group by extending the structure horizontally; and reinforcing members (25) fixed in a symmetrical manner in the frame (20) to increase the horizontal resistance against the seabed. According to this, by using a steel raft structure in which a helical pile is mounted for increasing bearing power, a rapid and stable installation process for a plurality of suction piles on an ultra-soft seabed can be possible.
