The present invention relates to a crowd sensing server, comprising: a task generator part for providing an interface for a task manager to directly design a task, as a crowd sensing service request is delivered from the task manager; a mobile task distribution part for distributing one of the generated tasks which should be done by the participant of a client to the client; and a server task execution part which post-treats sensor data uploaded from the client. According to the present invention, a non-specialist can be enabled to facilitate the designing more intuitively, and a specialist can be enabled to generate and control a more specific and detailed task.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
