The present invention relates to a business plan method for supporting business plan management, which may verify the feasibility of a management goal, and may establish a business plan for supporting business plan management that may enable a short or long term budget or business plan to be established in order to achieve a defined business goal. The business plan method performed by a system of supporting business plan management, the system including a business planning unit, comprises a business planning process of establishing a budget plan and a budget supply plan for establishing a business goal and achieving it, using basic business data including essential company information. To achieve the established business goal, the business plan method performs a simulation through making a budget and distributing the resources of the company, compares the simulation result to an execution result of an actual business plan, and re-plans a budget establishment and distribution plan, thereby efficiently working out the business plan that may efficiently achieve the business goal.
