The present invention relates to a cloud typed financial service providing system based on diversified management of bio information. More particularly, the cloud typed financial service providing system based on diversified management of bio information is mounted on a management server communicating with a server of a financial institution having at least one financial channel. The present invention comprises: a bio information receiving unit for receiving pieces of bio information (2) left from other pieces of bio information (1) registered by a client, stored in the server of a financial institution; an unidentified confirmation key receiving unit for receiving an unidentified confirmation key defined to map around the pieces of bio information (1, 2) from the server of a financial institution; an information storing unit for storing the pieces of bio information (2) and the unidentified confirmation key after mapping and storing the same in a storage medium (1); a bio information recognition request receiving unit for receiving the unidentified confirmation key, the pieces of bio information (1) and bio information of the client inputted by the terminal of the financial institution from the server of the financial institution, if a financial transaction is requested by a client through the terminal for financial transaction connected with the server of the financial institution; a bio information recognition processing unit for checking the pieces of bio information (2) mapped with the received unidentified confirmation key from the storage medium (1), and for matching and recognizing the received bio information of the client after combining the confirmed pieces of bio information (2) and the received pieces of bio information (1); and a recognition result transmitting unit for transmitting the result of matching recognition of the bio information corresponding to the unidentified confirmation key to the server of the financial server.
