The present invention relates to a health functional mixed composition containing a roasted Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit-ground material and a roasted Ligustrum lucidum fruit-ground material; beverages or alcoholic liquors comprising the health functional mixed composition; and methods of preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods of preparing a health functional mixed composition containing a Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit and a Ligustrum lucidum fruit as active ingredients according to characteristics of respective foods by roasting and grinding Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit beans and Ligustrum lucidum fruit beans and mixing the roasted and ground Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit beans and the roasted and ground Ligustrum lucidum fruit beans at optimal ratios in order to provide the health functional mixed composition as foods. According to the present invention, people can easily have a Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit having strengthening, hemostasis, and anhydrous efficiency, and a Ligustrum lucidum fruit protecting livers and kidneys, strengthening bones and muscles, and improving vision in the form of a health functional food. Conventionally, the Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit and the Ligustrum lucidum fruit are dipped in Soju (Korean distilled spirits) to ripen the resultant product for five or more months or are boiled with water, and thus people can take the dipped product or the boiled product. However, the present invention modifies the conventional method. In the modified method, the Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit and the Ligustrum lucidum fruit are respectively ground and mixed. The ground product of the Ligustrum obtusifolium fruit and the Ligustrum lucidum fruit is injected into a coffee make to be extracted. Water can be added to the extracted product, or flesh of apples, tomatoes, and raspberries can be mixed with the extracted product, and thus the mixture can be served as beverages.
