The present invention relates to a method for preparing mulled wine, which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing wine with grape juice, white sugar, and honey; (b) distilling the mixture under a vacuum; and (c) adding flavorants to the mixture subjected to vacuum distillation. According to the present invention, the mulled wine can be prepared at a low temperature compared to a conventional method, thereby maintaining the unique flavor and texture of wine, and minimizing the destruction of nutrients to improve the functionality and nutrition of the mulled wine. In addition, the added flavorants control the overall taste of the mulled wine to enable the preparation of mulled wine which can appeal to the palates of Korean people.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
