The present invention relates to a management system for managing maintenance history of a vehicle. According to the present invention, provided is a vehicle maintenance history management system configured to record and manage maintenance history such as part replacement occurring in the maintenance process when servicing a vehicle, and to record the whole maintenance processes from the arrival of the vehicle to the completion of the maintenance with a camera so that an owner of the vehicle can check the maintenance history such as part replacement history and the maintenance process at any time from a remote location via a website or a user terminal, in order to solve the problems of conventional vehicle maintenance such that the owner was difficult to directly check all of the maintenance processes of a vehicle when repairing the vehicle and thus suffered material damage because a repair shop charged excessive maintenance costs or falsely entered part replacement history.
